Infrastructure & Maintenance: There is a noticeable need for improvement in the college's infrastructure.
Some campus amenities may feel dated or lacking in variety, impacting the overall student experience.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

The tuition fee per year is about 80000, Per semester it is 40000. At the beginning of admission there is an admission fee included. And in every semester before the semester exam there is an exam fee which ranges from rs 7000 to 10000. Scholarships are provided the amount of scholarship money ranges from rs.1000 to 10000

the students studing in this college will have more freedom rather than other colleges
the attendance is not mandatory so that we can atten interns without any permission from the college. but if we ask college permission they will not allow you to atten any kind of interns or competitions

Dislikes

there is no placement assistant in this college
the infrastructure is average and the computer labs will have only 20 to 25 systems for 40 students

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

the fees structure is pretty good comparedto other engineering colleges in chennai. i had around 70000 per year as fees. there are more scholarships and financial support for every students likle SC/ST scholarship, first graduate etc.

Faculties who always support the students and gives good guidence for their career growth

Dislikes

Infrastructure is slightly worst and needs improvement atleast in Architecture department

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

They do have scholarships for backward caste ad they also provide fee concern for government placements. Management seats have extra of 20 to 50 thousands fee than govt seats. The average fee is 1 lakh.

College provide some scholarship that is not upto filling the fees structure but it is useful in some other ways such as buying instrument and materials. The fees structure is kindly high for this infrastructure and this basic curriculum.

In this college communication and bond between a every teachers is being very stong and gentle
Teachers are very gentle and very supportive for every students,they are very talented and motivate the student for their career

Dislikes

Therefore,the fees structure could be less and they can reduce the fees but they didn't
Some class rooms are damaged and some lab does not have air conditioner

This college had a minimum of rs.50000. the complete cost of my education, including tuition, service fee, and other compulsory fee it will be for 50000. The college provides sc/st scholarship, merit scholarship and first graduate scholarship.

My experience

Likes

My friends were been my best support by teaching me and guiding me during exam.
The stairs are so relaxing to sit and read.

Dislikes

The canteen foods are horrible and are not hygienic .The canteen itself is too small and no place to even sit during break time.
No proper exposure or contacts when we step out it is so tough for a backgroundless student to survive.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

Coming to the fees as per counseling I had only 50% of the fees than what I actually paid them. There are scholarships applicable and are worth Rs 10,000. Compulsory internship to gain knowledge in the field.

A CUTE INFORMATION ABOUT MAHER UNIVERSITY

whenever you want to clear a doubts about your studys the staffs are ready to explain it .
they conduct the culturals pongal celebration and any other club celebrations

Dislikes

no buses for b.com students . we have our own bike to coma college
the restrooms are not clean and very dirty and only 3 rest rooms are there

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

the fees structure for the b.com general course is 32500 per year the scholarship is given under the cut off marks there are'nt pickup any campus but you can also find an internship on your own right but there are some small digital marketing companies who looks for students to work as summer interns and the salary is quit nice . 75k for initial tow months and if you want to continue the pay can go as high as 115k for full time.
