yea so there are 4 teachers and one guest teacher for elective. they all are great really nice, approachable. So the best faculty will be aparna maam she is very easy to talk and humble. but all the other teachers are also nice. No there are no one i don't like they all are great. So there are three exams CE1 CE2 and the semester exam that is ESE. so in CE1 they give u some task like presentation or so and in CE 2 they have an online mcq test or something like that and the ESE is proper theory and practical exam with projects.

The relation between Faculties and student is very nice.since the Faculties are very supportive and helpfull. And always try to teach us new things. I like all the Faculties from my College. But the Faculty i like the most is narendra temgare sir (HOD) Because he always being very supportive and helpfull whenever i go to him.and always listen me and teach me life lesson which are very helpfull.his teaching style is nice. there is no Faculty member whom i dont like all Faculties are very nice and supportive. we have 2 end semester exam in a year which is very easy to moderate (if we study).12-15 students fail to clear the exam (Because they dont study or being absent regularly) .

A unforgettable college experience, where learning meets life !!

In CS Department the faculty to student ratio is 1:10 the professors use real life examples to make the chapter engaging and also are supportive when asked a query the college have semesters wise exams, mid-terms, end terms are the two main exams taken in each term and also the practical examinication. the number of students who fail to pass the exam is not exact but its all their fault as the faculty ends the complete syllabus well within 1 month prior to the exams.

The office staff, generally the admission staff is little bit rude, some teaching staff is also not so good.

1 faculty is available for 69 students. The relationship between faculty and students is very good , they are nicely, camly spoken teachers, they also understand the diversity of students as they come from different parts of Maharashtra and even all over india. I liked a bhakti mam in our sociology department the reason is she is teaching like a just an discussion in class. I don't like a sir because, he is canceling the lecture again and again. There is an ce exams, ce 1 is an assignment kind of submission where as ce 2 is an 30 marks written examination these are internal exams where as ese is external exam, paper of 50 marks, they are difficult papers as more application based questions are asking. Just an less than 10% people are fail im the exam. The course is very relevant for those who want to go in civil services, do research in sociology, want to do work in social policy making.

The teaching staff needs to be reassessed.

1. The faculty to student ratio is very low. A single teacher is assigned to 200 students per class with at least 3 classes. The faculty-student relationship during my time was cordial 2. I personally like the history faculty, especially Chandaas sir, as he was very innovative in his teaching techniques. 3. I personally was not very fond of my specialisation teachers of political science as they would often overburden us with work that could be avoided. 4. There were 6 sem in total with a moderate level of difficulty. Only a few students would fail but would eventually pass in the next sem. 5. The relevance of curriculum was high. A campus life you must live once in your life - Fergusson College

The faculty is so nice and available that you will never feel unattended in your classes, nice labs and PCs with latest applications available in the college.

So as we were just 30 students in MSc. Data Scinece course, 2 faculty members were available for us at all times. Talking about the faculty-student relationship it is amazing bond you get to make with the faculty, there sweet, always there to help and full of knowledge. One of my best Professor is Dr. Rasika Kulkarni mam, she taught me python in the first semester and Deep learning and Natural language processing in the second. She is the source of immense knowledge i would say, also Dr. Smita Bhanap mam is an amazing professor , she taughgt me SQL and machine learning along with Big data Analytics. All the faculty members are such amazing people that you can just blindly follow them. We have internals and external exams during the course, in the internals we have assignmnets, presentations and a small 20 mark exam for both theory and practicals whereas in the externals we have 60 marks theory paper and 40 marks practical though it is flexible as this keeps changing according to the need of the college.

The quality education.the professors teach here are highly qualified and dedicated to their work.

Overall faculties are very good,they are highly qualified and dedicated to their work.But as everywhere not all faculties can be perfect.some are best at teaching, supporting and all.some professors not even take lectures on time and also deny to provide notes or any study materials to students. The exam system is based on internal and external exams both for 50 marks.In internals there are two stages CE1 and 2 in CE1 professors gives choices like presentations,poster making, assignment etc.and for CE2 there is complete MCQ or subjective type of test depending on professor of that subject. External exam pattern is same for all subjects it is subjective in which 2,3,4,5 marks questions are there.
