The college is recognized for its experienced and knowledgeable faculty, including the well-regarded Head of Department, Rupali Shinde. Students benefit from personal guidance and encouragement to initiate programs. Academically, the college conducts four exams each year: two Continuous Evaluations and two End Semester Exams, which are moderately difficult. As an autonomous institution, it offers a relevant curriculum. Job opportunities through campus placements are gradually improving, with an increasing number of companies visiting.
Although no internships are offered, the college assists with placements. An earn & learn scheme provides financial aid to economically backward students, offering a stipend for their work. SC students are charged approximately 7,000 rupees per year. Various scholarships are available, including the Mahadbt scholarship (5,000 rupees annually) and the NSP scholarship (10,000 rupees annually), with fee concessions for students in SC, ST, or similar categories. For BA Marathi and similar courses, the annual fee is about 10,000 rupees.
Scholarship applications require form submission, and funds are directly deposited into students' bank accounts. No exams are needed for scholarship eligibility.
