Aditya Engineering College - [AEC]: Students' Opinion

AI-Generated Summary based on 7 Reviews

Admissions to the diploma program are based on the POLYCET (CEEP) entrance test, with no interview process required. Successful candidates attend a counseling session for certificate verification and college selection. The college features a faculty-student ratio of 15:1, ensuring personalized support and guidance, especially in lab work and project-based learning. Tuition is set at INR 30,000 per year, with a total cost of around INR 1 lakh, excluding additional services.

While no direct scholarships are available, state government tuition fee reimbursement is an option, helping to alleviate costs for families. The college enjoys a 60% placement rate, although about half the students are ineligible due to backlogs. Major recruiters include Amazon, Cap Gemini, Tech Mahindra, and more, offering average salaries of INR 12,000 per month, with top packages from Amazon reaching INR 31 lakhs per annum. Internships often offer stipends, averaging INR 15,000.

The Jagan Anna Vidya Devena scholarship and full fee reimbursement from the Andhra Pradesh government provide significant support for economically disadvantaged students. Notably, stipends from companies like Surya Tech, Ronch Polymer, Royal Enfield, and Kyb contribute to student financial aid. The college is recognized for strong on-campus placements, enhancing the value of education provided.
