I like the teaching in this college and the also the facilities provided by the college to the students who study here.
I like the campus of this college. And also the diversity of people in the college
I like the way they celebrate all religion festivals.

Dislikes

The sports facility provided by the college is very bad.
Physical education and other co-curricular activities is not there
Less cultural programs and the area of the campus is also small.

Likes

Hostel rooms are good for girls compared to boys
Teachers are good here , classes are taken regularly
Lecture hall are good like they have good infrastructure

Dislikes

Campus size is very very small compared to other colleges
Wifi doesnt work properly half the time ..
No extracurricular activities or fests other than just one fest for 3 days

I got this college in my councelling, i had no category so according to my marks i got this college , one benefit was that it is in the same city as my home , the general category cutoff was more that year so i got this

A life at MVJ medical College

Likes

Good teaching teachers are friendly and helpful
All classroom have projector and comfortable chairs
College and hospital is near by so walkable distance

Dislikes

There is no ground for sports activities
College campus is very small and not so beautiful
College intime is 6 pm so can't go out of college

Admission:

I didn't personally choose this college by default counselling I got this college My main intention was to get a seat in college of my town then in metro city like Banglore so I applied to all banglore

Likes

Hostel rooms facilities provided with ac well furnished
Teachers are well experienced and their way of teaching is also good
Different mentors are alloted to each student to discuss their academic or any problem which is very beneficial for the students

Dislikes

Campus is small as compared to other medical colleges
Very less holidays are given as compared to other side colleges
Sports activities are not conducted that often.

Admission:

I applied for almost of the colleges of Bangalore and other states also like Rajasthan Chennai Haryana but almost got confirmed seat in one of the college in Rajasthan but I got confirmed seat and it was nearby and facilities are provided and it was suggested by my counceller Yes I got rejection from other colleges as my marks was less than their cutt off Through the all India counselling I got admission NEET UG Minimum cut off is 137 and it varies year to year

Likes

Education is better and seniors here are very good
I liked the college hostel rooms and water availability is good furniture are well maintained
I liked my lecture hall with huge space and proper well maintained

Dislikes

I don't like my college overall infrastructure like it's too congested it's not built in a well and proper way,as college campus is too small
Hostel food is mangable and hygiene is ok ok
They ask money for every small thing and teachers here r rude from 2nd year onwards

I never chose this college i got it by mistake i never wanted to take this college just because of improper timing of counselling in different state i applied for ACMS New Delhi but as it started i already got this college and there were too options that i could reject the college but I will our from Karnataka state counselling or i had to accept the college but till that time Delhi counselling didn't start and my documents were already submitted and i couldn't participate in Delhi counselling

Mvj medical College - one of oldest colleges of Bangalore

Likes

The college has a very knowledgeable panel of staffs and faculties. The library is well equipped has large variety of books and also provides electronic tabs with notes and study material videos.
The hostel maintenance is very neat. The hygiene is maintained.
The safety of the students is given high priority

Dislikes

The infrastructure is very small the college does not have proper playground
To my notice the college does not give much importance to extra curricular activities
There are no social clubs allowed to be held by the students the college expects the students of the MBBS UG to a uniform unlike the other colleges.

Admission:

As the mbbs selection is based on only neet exam, I had no other choice as I got this college. This college is one of the oldest colleges of Bangalore and has a good reputation among the society This college provides Tamil minority reservation. The cutoff marks for mbbs differs every year. The last year it was around 400. The admission is done as soon as the councelling is done and the fees is paid .there are no other exams or interviews to qualify to enter this college.

I had joined mbbs bcoz It was just fate nothing else. I joined mvj so I could commute daily there is no interview or anything. only through neet. I don't know any other ways though the rich ppl get into the college without merit just with eligibility

Lovely well-mainatained Medical College

For getting admission to the MBBS course, a student must be 17 years old with a minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as a combined subject. Students also have to appear in NEET as a mode of admission.

Good College For MBBS

Admission:

Since I had an inclination towards making medicine as a career I opted for MBBS course in this college. The reason for choosing this college is best in our area (Hoskote). Sat for the NEET exam and cleared it. Marks were good enough so got the college in 3rd of counseling. I also gave AIIMS and JIPMER exam as well.

The course of MBBS is quite tough academically, as most of the people believe. Which is true, but what they don't know is the emotional and mental strength it also takes to be in such a long course where you're still studying and your friends who are in different course have started earning. For our admission, we give a national entrance exam from which we get a merit rank and accordingly get the colleges. The process of admission is quite long.
