- The teachers are very helpful and there when u need them
- The lecture halls are big enough for 300 students
- The hospital has almost all the facilities required
Dislikes
- The infrastructure is little bit old as the college is old
- The labs in the first year subjects are old instruments
Internships Opportunities:
KIMS offers a 1 year mandatory internship after MBBS where students rotate through departments like medicine, surgery , pediatrics and obstetrics at KIMS hospital. Interns gain hands on experience in patient care

- The staff is tallented and provide good learning experience
- There are many cultural activities too which are fun
- Encouragement for sports is average , minimal funds provided from college to sports
Dislikes
- Class hours are more and can be hectic and tiresome
- College and hospital are far away making transport trouble
- The bus facility is poor, all branches students crowd in a 2 buses
Internships Opportunities:
There is a compulsory 365 days internship program for mbbs according to KEA guidelines. Internship can be hectic sometimes. There is no stipend given as such from our college. Regular internship tasks are given

- The college is very academically inclined and faculty here is good the quality of infra is ok the quality of life is good and it's well connected to the surrounding areas as it lies in the heart of Bangalore city
- The college has fests and sports events and the teachers are versed in their respective fields
- We have a mentor mentee program once a year through which mentors are assigned to students for one on one approach
Dislikes
- The college doesn't have a proper playground . The fests are full compared to other college .
- Sports and extra curricular activities are of less importance
Internships Opportunities:
The internship usually includes working in all departments of the hospital .it consists of a usual duties of a doctor like OPD duties, wards or OTs . It also includes treating patients , record kerpings and attending wards
Internship other than at KIMS is also offered at Sahasra hospitals , Promed hospital.

- A very good private college for MBBS in Bengaluru
- The campus is big and has all the amenities
- The library is up to date with a collection of more than 1000 books

- The college and hospital is at different location
Internships Opportunities:
Im yet to do internship but based on the ideas i have , you get a decent stipend . The work load may be a bit too much but you get used to it over the time. You will be posted in various departments for varied period of time.

- The campus and the classrooms are really spacious and peaceful. That’s really good for a peace mind for studying.
- The labs of each department is extremely good for the understanding of the subject and is well maintained.
- The teachers are well educated and teach very well and very good in communication with students.
Dislikes
- The washrooms can be well maintained. It’s dirty and unhygienic most of the times.
- Breaks inbetween the classes can be very relaxing.
Internships Opportunities:
Since KIMS is a hospital and a research centre, students get good internships and are helpful for skill development. There are shifts(day and night), there are placements in different departments, example: pediatric department, out patient department etc which makes us more prepared for the real job.

- Great focus is given on studies and attendance . Teachers do tell a topic multiple times if asked
- Enough liberty is given in college hostel . Orders are well addressed
- College have good teaching faculty . They highly emphasis on practicals
Dislikes
- Less campus area . Very leas area is given for sports in college
- Single fest is organised per year . Also there is not much funding for college fest
- Less opportunity are given to inter colleges competitions

There is one year internship after MBBS course
Earning is not as such during internship
There are KIMS hospitals visits in internship . I have seen many of my seniors doing night shifts in internship .

Internships Opportunities:
You can work in any hospital you wish after completion of the internship period, provided you have the state medical council registration.Starting salary is minimum 30k per month . There is scope for online jobs as wel. Teleconsultation can be done through apps like practo.

Placement Experience:
There are nos such general placements in medical colleges. The students after graduation have to apply for a licence to practice after which they can set up their own clinics, or start work with public or private medical institutes. Internship of one year is compulsory.

The students do job at the college hospital or go for government and private jobs in hospitals. Many of my mates opened their clinics after graduation. The college placement is good and provides satisfactory placements.

The program doesn't have any Placements as such. After the completion of our whole program, we get the license through which we can practice on our own. We do have a necessary Internship for an year to get the degree though.
