- fee hikes are coming in every year, which is unpredictable sometimes
Internships Opportunities:
MBBS graduates can pursue their internship of 1 year with clinical rotations within our hospitals (2 government, 2 private). there is adequate exposure and ample opportunities to discover their passion and select the course for PG/ Specialty.
Likes
- Marena (manipal area) for sports and everything is free
- College bus is provided to travel for postings classes and marena for free
Dislikes
- No campus is situated in mangalore, and u have to travel in college bus for postings and everything
Internships Opportunities:
We have to work in all the hospitals of kmc in manglore kmc attavara kmc jyothi camp postings bejai paediatrics postings , we are approved stiped of rupees 1800 per month but compared to other colleges stipend is lesser the only thing we have is the patient exposures

- Things l liked is the Faculties of both department and non department
- Their Sports as well as Extra curricular activities they conduct in the campus. And their Sports infrastructure specially
Dislikes
- Hostel food which is ok. No leafy vegetables in it
- Small campus in the middle of the city. Closing time is 8.30 for hostel
Internships Opportunities:
There are many companies in which you can join as health advisor In gym and sports,you can join as physios In hospital too you can work as physiotherapists There is 6 months internship after your course gets completed You can work in clincs otherthan hospital

- I liked the faculty of kmc mangalore it has excellent staff and really helpful teachers
- The campus is located in the heart of the city which makes everthing very accessible and is easy to find places to hang out nearby
Dislikes
- The campus is very small and there is no as such campus life there
- The curfew timings is 8 30 which is really restricting but it gets better for boys in the later months.
Placement Experience:
After completing your mbbs you are enrolled into inernship of 1 year with a stipend of 35000 per month but you have to come for all 365 without a holiday and after cometing your internship it is upto you if you want to pursue further education or practise

- the teaching faculty is really cooperative and helpful
- the lab is clean at all times and the staff is quite effecient
Dislikes
- the campus is a little scattered as KMC is located in the city
- kmc mangalore does not conduct fests and that might not be liked by many students
Internships Opportunities:
KMC is a medical college, you dont get internships in the first year, after 4.5 years you can get into a good paid internship which provides a lot of oppurtunities but after that you opt for NEET PG or any other program.

- The faculty has been very helpful and understanding helping at every step
- the study environment inside the college is quite calm and engaging

- the campus can get noisy at times because of its location

the internship opportunities available with my college are diverse and comprehensive providing hands on experience in various fields related to student's academic interests. for my course internship opportunities are available in hospitals, rehabilitation centres, sports clinics and community health organisations.
Likes
- Things I liked about this college was the clinical exposure it had because of it’s tie up with the local govt hospitals so you have a good patient flow here and the faculty of each dept the teaching staff etc
- Hostel amenities are pretty nice and give all covers all the necessities.
Dislikes
- Mangalore doesn’t have many night clubs here so you don’t get much lf a night life here and the city pretty much shuts at 10
- As the campus is scattered and not large enough so you don’t get much of a Campus life here.
Internships Opportunities:
You are enrolled into the internship right after completing your mbbs the internship is for 365 days and you get a stipend of 35k per month after completing your internship you can either go for lg or can opt for practising in a hospital of your choice.

- Faculty members are very friendly to everyone
- We can enjoy over life to fullest in KMC
Dislikes
- We do not have a campus like other colleges
- All the buildings of college are separated in the city in different areas

The internship is actually provided by the college itself. College has many hospitals under them and we got one year of compulsory internship. We get 30000 as the stipend during the internship.

- I like most at the campus is good behaviour of faculties and students
- Sports and extra curricular activities are promoted at kmc
Dislikes
- All buildings are not at a place so you have to travel for class m clinical postings
Internships Opportunities:
As such there is no placement cell in the campus but internship is really the best in the country. It is because kmc itself is attached to 4 hospitals out of which 2 are government hospitals which is really great in patient flow

- Research program are supported here and published by mahe also

- Campus is scattered, college and hospital are at different place

College provide internship at its own hospitals like KMC attavar, Wenlock Government District Hospital, Lady Gassian Government Hospital, kmc Jyoti Companies like Apollo and Escort also hire students from here
