Best among ayurveda college

Hospital is well develop and well equipped. Daily patient count in all department opd and ipd is much more than almost all college in India. Infrastructure wise also hospital is well equipped.
Teachers are very dedicated towards their work. They are honest with their work. They always come on the time in class and don't miss any class. They are good teacher having very good knowledge of subject.
Each department have their own building and they have their own laboratories. Technical and non technical staff both are very supportive and can manage to provide extra hours if you are interested to visit their.

Dislikes

College has three building and all three are at different locations.
Campus life is not that great as the campus doesn't cover all its building. But they are trying to improve as they have started different clubs and some magazine.
There is not proper playground for boys and girls. Only a very small ground where you can't play cricket property or football. There is only a badminton court which is not indoor. Girls hostel doesn't have any ground.

Admission:

In focus of the course it was very clear that ayurveda is more develop in Kerala and this college is situated in the capital . My thought was simple that there will me more patient and It will help me for practical experience. I also kept BHU, ITRA, NIA and few others college too but as my rank was 49k so I didn't get it. For admission in this college you have to crack NEET and according to counseling by AACCC you can get this college. There is 15% all india quota and 85%state quota. State students can take admission by state counselling. Cutoff for all india gen- 60k Obc-70k Ews-80k Sc-2lakh ST - 3 lakh

The college provides great opportunities and I would like to begin with the faculties.All the professors are well versed and excellent doctors.They are very strict in making sure that each student is well aware of the basic concepts.
The medium of teaching is multilingual. Our college has students from all over the India.So the college management has made sure that all the students are comfortable and is able to follow the classes.
Next I would like to mention about the clinical exposure.Our hospital is having a very good number of patients and cases in every single department which enables the students tonhave a very good practical knowledge regarding the theoretical portions.

Dislikes

The whole campus is divided into three and located at three different places which kind of makes the travelling difficult
The college doesn't have a very good ground for sports activity and also is built in a minimal space.

Admission:

Since the admission was from neet ranks I applied for both bhms and bams. First I got admitted to government homeopathy college TVM and then during the later allotment stages I was transferred to government ayurveda College TVM. I got a rejection from kottakkal ayurveda College Malappuram cause of lack of seats there. I got admitted to government dental college Alappuzha but I opt for bams at TVM college. The admission was based on neet ranks and Kerala allotments. The admission process was smooth A general category person with a Kerala rank 7k can get admission to this college.

Ayurveda in tvm

Likes

No of patients are very high so very good for practice
Deep knowledge of the subject is ensured
Teaching staff is highly experienced and teaches really well

Dislikes

Food is not that great which is being provided

People who are going for mbbs and couldn't get that should apply in bams It gives both modern and ayurvedic knowledge to the subject and very helpful in upcoming life Both allopathic and Ayurveda go hand in hand with each other

college which shapes future doctors

Likes

the faculty is top notch in my opinion. the academic competition among peers is quite remarkable.
teachers are ever ready to help which is quite good for a government college. the canteens are available in campus. there are few departments and hospitals which are scattered throughout the city.
the hospital is always full of patients and that is very important in practicing medicine. teachers are quite helpful in that aspect.

Dislikes

however, the environment of campus has been ruined due to some delinquents. although it's healthy among our batch.
for me, the campus life has been pretty bad and dormant. the hostel is far from the main college which is very problematic.
language is also the issue, as the locals will speak their local dialect. seniors are helpful, although its been ruined due to some. the hostel life is okay.

Admission:

we need to be qualified in NEET exam conducted by NTA. depending upon the cut-off, we do the choice filling. the cut off is pretty high for this college, as it is one of the best coleges. i guess the admission process will be easier if the cut offs are specified every year.

Language issue for outer state students. Hard to keep up with sanskrit
Less fests in the college less holidays

Admission:

Getting neet cleared was diff and it self was a task. There are diff cut offs for diff students 2 types of admission process occurs state quota and all india quota. All india quota has nearly 14 seats rest are state quota. Admission starts after first round of mbbs admissions

Neet qualified , after the passing of 12th examinations. We can apply through ayush counselling site for this college . Neet exam has to be done one time at a year , conducted by NTA . Difficulty level is high

Extraordinary campus life I got from this college along with friendly teachers
Infrastructure is also nice.There are total 3 campus splitted apart.Main campus is in centre of city while other 2 are situated 6 km apart
Good friends and good Atmosphere to stay and study together.

Dislikes

3 campus situated apart so that department present thera are not easily accessible.
Car parking space are also in the same playground.
Playground is small so that limitations are there for conducting sports competition.

Admission:

Admission to Medical colleges based on the Entrance examination results. Higher the ranks, admission will be done to clinical department and postgraduation diploma courses also availed based on the rank which attained from the exam.Online application can be submitted for applying exam.Reservation based on category and Physical disability also present.All india entrance examination is conducted once in a year.

Availability of library with good books to study
There are lot of patients came to treatment
Good circumstances to feel the nature to chill

Dislikes

There is no proper hostel facility especially for Boys
There is no fest or any extra curriculum activities
There is no any sports and events to play

Admission:

We have to qualify for NEET (National Eligibility Cum Entrance Exam ). The application form will be available in the college itself and we have to pay rupees 1000 for it. No Reservations benefits are there. No, it's better.
