Life of a CA student in college

Likes

Fests organised in college during the year
Cultural events and functions like cultural day
Different clubs for example sports club cultural club

Dislikes

Faculties and co ordinator which are strict
Some teachers and confusing while teaching
Compulsory attendance ( as a ca student )

After 5th semester students become eligible for campus placement and college dose gives placement opportunities so many times during the course I don't know about the students getting placement but I know it from the prospectus of college

These are my experience

Likes

It is very good college.perfect for CA and master degree courses
Teachers are good and communication also gud
Environment for studies is good and teachers more knowledgeable

Dislikes

College timing is not gud and not adjustable
Required to improve class rooms and also people
And also computer classes and labribry books required more

Teachers are very prepared during giving the lectures. Each and every point they explain in each concept and well supportive giving the notes . And also well supportive for extra curiculum activity and also for sports other competition exams also

Actually girls ratio is more than boys in our college
This college provides us to participate in many cultural activities
And this college has the more reputation in this karnataka

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike about this college,they have provided well education

Course Curriculum Overview:

The specific aspects of the curriculum that influenced me is cultural activities nd programs.Exams means they took every sem exam for every 6 months once and middle internal exams were there and we have to write and submit assignments of subjects which they give.

Its a good college

Likes

Infrastructure is very good and the classes are very clean no outer disturbance even sports and cocaricular activities are held ....
Teachers and staff is very well x x
The college staff is very cooperative and the library is very big and has vast types of books.

Dislikes

The timing is little bit odd and they are very strict about their timing even if one minute late they wont allow to enter
The ground of the college doesnt have good grass to play
The library isnt that much clean and the books in the library are not thatmuch new

Gogte college of commerce is an very good college

Likes

I liked our college campus and Canteen of the college.
I also liked our college sports room and ground library and Canteen
I also liked our teachers they teach very nicely in class rooms.

Dislikes

I Disliked some of the teachers because they didnt teach well and they are very strik.
I also liked some of the sports club leaders.
Some times I don't like the canteen atmosphere.

I choose the B.com course at Gogte college of commerce. I choose this course because I was very interested in this course. And also I wanted to become a chartered accountant. The student ratio is very high in this college. girls' strength is very high in this college compared to Boys. Teaching is very good in this college. Exams are very difficult but we managed that. 6 months term exam is there.

Remarks:

It taught me a good lesson of life. Yes, college is not only about bookish knowledge but the place to built your personality in some or the other way. Approach was built by the campus. But I can say from college it was just below par.

College reputation is good but teaching staffs are not good they dont even know proper English to speak no updated methods of teaching and teachers are outdated no proper decipline
