I love to study biology and I want to become a researcher that's why I choose this course for my graduation.
The faculty of my department is amazing they all are very helpful and experienced as well.
The faculty have many teachers who have different type of their unique teaching skills.
The examination pattern is also kind of good because you don't need to have so much stress, it is quite hard but if you take daily classes then it will be easiest for you.
I have chosen Botany because I love biology and also hate physics ( that is why NEET is not cleared). there were 3:8 Boys and girls
and the faculty-student ratio was 2: 18
The faculty is very good and has good knowledge they published their books and all cleared UGC NET with very good ranks some of them have topped in whole Delhi University during their college Time
As we are seeing nowadays that the demand for computers is increasing day by day, and demand is increasing in the industry. The faculty here is very good, it cooperates well with the students, and mostly all the professors are graduate and Ph.D. degree holders. Exams twice a year:
The curriculum is good and based on the regular evaluation of students. On average, 25 teachers per department (for science courses) are present in this college. All our teachers are Ph.D. degree holders and well-trained. Here you have to give semester exams only (i.e after 4-5 months), apart from this there are regular tests and other evaluation processes like assignments. Passing the semester exam is not so hard even a below-average student can also pass it easily.
From the 5th-semester college start giving placement opportunities and you become eligible also. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Asian Paints, etc come to her. The highest package is 120000 per year and the average package is 500000 per year. The percentage of students who get placements is approx 30 percent. My plan after getting a degree is to go for a master's in chemistry.
Because of my personal interest in physics, maths and computer science
All the faculty members are very good and all had done PhD in their respective subjects they provide a very good learning environment and all r very dedicated towards their jobs
We have exams twice a year if you will study well you can easily pass them
I don't know much about placements from my college but got to know that there are opportunities for first-year students onwards and the overall average package was around 8-8.5 lacs per annum. I m not interested in placement right now cause I m planning for doing a master's first after my graduation.
After 5th semester I guess for campus placements. Don't have the exact idea of no. Of companies visiting. The highest package as per I know was 11lpa and the average is 3lpa.percentage of students getting placement is very low. I plan to pursue any professional course after this degree.
More than 50% of students get placements every year with a minimal package of about 24 lacs pa in companies like Adobe, Wipro, TCS, Axis Bank, and much more. If you don't get a placement there are many options like applying for IIMs or IITs.
The exams were pretty timely. Apart from the chemistry exams, others were fairly easy and the papers were well set. Chemistry on the other hand was pretty tough, especially after 3rd semester. The gap given between the two exams was sometimes too long.
