Sinhgad Institute of Pharmacy (SIOP) Narhe campus is one of the four Pharmacy institutes of the Sinhgad Group. The institute was established in the year 2005 and is located in Narhe Road (Ambegaon), Pune. It is affiliated with Sawitribai Phule Pune University.
SIOP Narhe offers B. Pharm, M. Pharm and PhD courses are various branches of pharmacy, including Pharmachemistry, Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology and Quality Assurance Technique. The courses offered by the institute are approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.
- The DTE codes for B. Pharm and M. Pharm counselling are PH-6363 and MP-6363 respectively.
- Candidates belonging to Backward Class and Persons with Disability from Maharashtra State are allowed relaxation of 5% marks in the minimum marks eligibility criteria for all courses.
- Those with a 3-year Diploma in Pharmacy after 10+2 or 3-year Diploma in any other medical discipline are eligible for admission to the B. Pharm. program.

Sinhgad Institute of Pharmacy, Narhe campus offers a Bachelor’s in Pharmacy (B. Pharm.) degree program of minimum 4 years duration at the undergraduate level. The basic eligibility criteria for admission to this course is a pass in HSC or any other 10+2 equivalent exam in science stream with Physics and Chemistry as the compulsory subjects and along with Mathematics/ Biotechnology/ Biology.
Candidates are further required to have scored at least 50% marks in the three subjects in the qualifying exam. Selection of candidates for this program is done on the basis of marks obtained in the state level entrance exam for B. Pharm admissions.
Aspiring candidates can apply online through the MHT CET website before the last date. Payment of fees can be made online via credit card/ debit card, internet banking, IMPS, cash cards/ mobile wallets. Allotment of seats is carried out on the basis of marks obtained by the candidate in MHT CET.

The basic eligibility criteria for admission to the M. Pharm program is a B. Pharm degree with 55% marks approved by the Pharmacy Council of India. Selection of candidates for the M. Pharm. program is done on the basis of merit of marks scored in GPAT (Graduates Pharmacy Aptitude Test) conducted by the All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi.

Sinhgad Insitute of Pharmacy, Narhe campus has different application procedures for UG and PG level programs, as listed below:
B. Pharm
- Candidates can start with the application process by visiting the MHT CET website www.dtemaharashtra.gov.in/mhtcet2018
- They must fill all relevant information, enter a password of their choice to complete the registration process.
- An email confirming the registration will be sent to the applicant in case of successful registration.
- They can log in to their MHT CET account in the future using the Application Number and password.
- Applicants must then upload scanned copies of his/her passport size photograph and signature in .jpg/.jpeg only.
- Application fee of Rs.800/- must be paid only through the online payment gateway. No other mode of fee payment is recognized by the MHT CET board.
- Save and print the completed application form and payment acknowledgement slip for future reference.
M. Pharm
- Applicants can visit the AICTE- GPAT website www.aicte-gpat.in/College/Index_New.aspx and fill the online application forms for M. Pharm admissions.
- Payment of application fee can be made online through various payment sources such as card payment, net-banking etc.
- Students also have the flexibility of paying the application fee is cash (challan) at any nearby SBI branch and obtain a receipt for the same.
- They will also be required to choose their preferred test cities in order of preference.
- Admit cards for GPAT can be downloaded within the stipulated dates from the AICTE-GPAT website.
PhD programs
- PhD candidates can apply through the institute website or collect a copy of the application form from the institute’s admission cell.
- Registration fee can be paid online or by making a cash deposit at the fee counter.
- Filled in the copy of the application form should be submitted with photocopies of relevant documents mentioned in the information brochure on or before the last date.
