Students have to obtain good scores in GPAT in order to be selected for this course. Also, a bachelors in pharmacy is a compulsory requirement for admission in this course. On fulfillment of these two conditions, students get admission.
The admission to the M.Pharm course in this college is provided through either Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) exam or Andhra Pradesh Post Graduate Engineering Common Test (AP PGECET) conducted by the Andhra University. Entrance exam takes place in online mode.
Any candidate seeking admission in M.Pharma here must have qualified B. Pharma along with cracking the entrance exam mentioned above.
To get admission in B. Pharma couse of SVCP students must qualify Andhra Pradesh Engineering Agricultural and Medical Common Entrance Test (AP EAMCET) which is conducted by the Government of Andhra Pradesh. Candidates who have passed 10+2 with Maths, Physics and Chemistry or Biology as their major subjects with at least 50% of marks are eligible for the entrance exam.
