Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum is nice. The syllabus is very strong and structured. One of the important part of the course is that my college is in agreement with some super speciality hospitals like Varma Hospitals, Govt Area Hospital, Global Hospitals, etc. These hospitals allow students to work with them which helps students learn things practically.
Placement Experience
Some of the recruiters that came to my college are - Pfizer, Glaxo, Omega, Global Data Research-Hyderabad, Aurobindo, Cognizant, Cornileus, Alphamed, Pellets Pharma, Eywa Pharma, Laila Nutraceuticals, etc. One important aspect of my college is that it conducts a Campus Recruitment Training prior placements which basically trains students to perform well in recruitment process. The faculty takes mock interviews which helps in cracking actual interviews.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Course duration of M.Pharma is of 2 years. Students have to pay fees near about 1 lakh per year. This means pursuing M. Pharma from SVCP costs around 2 Lakh which isn't too much. The infrastructure is top class. Library is full of books. Well-equipped laboratories are there in college. Keeping in mind all such facilities fees seem quite feasible.
Campus Life
Various cultural meets take place in my college in which students participate enthusiastically. It is the responsibility of the students to organize these events. I enjoy these events very much and take responsibilities sincerely. Also annual function and sports day take place once every year. Along with academics, these events make it easier for us to survive in the college happily.
Admission
The admission to the M.Pharm course in this college is provided through either Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) exam or Andhra Pradesh Post Graduate Engineering Common Test (AP PGECET) conducted by the Andhra University. Entrance exam takes place in online mode. Any candidate seeking admission in M.Pharma here must have qualified B. Pharma along with cracking the entrance exam mentioned above.
Faculty
Faculty members of my college are good and behave nicley with all of us. Some of them are really strict and some are way lenient. In totality, faculty is kind of mixed. But all of them believe in providing quality education to students. Along with that, faculty also believes that betterment of each and every student is important regardless of their academic excellence. Teachers here interact with all students and treat all of us equally. This in my opinion, is really important for students. They always talk about welfare of society !!!
