The living expenses at Windsor are less and affordable. Part-time job offers are also available. It is offered as a 2 years full-time course so you may feel time and budget restrained. Ryerson University More part –time job opportunities are available in Toronto so plenty of opportunities to support your funds Since it's Toronto, the expenses are also high and you might feel at loss of time and money in spite of working part-time. This program is offered full-time (for 1 year) and part-time for (2 years) so it's pretty flexible and depends on your needs and plans.
