Tuition fees for international student at St. Francis Xavier University has been updated in 2025. The new tuition fees are provided below:
- Undergraduate Programs (except Nursing): CAD 10,135 to 10,340 (~ INR 6.26 to 6.39 lakhs).
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing: CAD 10525 to 10,735 (~ INR 6.50 to 6.63 lakhs).
- Bachelor of Education: CAD 10,135 (~ INR 6.26 lakhs), remained the same.
- Master of Applied Computer Science: CAD 8119.98 to 8,364.96 (~ INR 5.01 to 5.17 lakhs).

Scholarships & Financial Aid
The university offers more than C $ 4 million to students as financial aid and scholarships for international students to afford study in Canada .
- Students with 85% of admission average are offered with a minimum of C $ 5000 as Entrance scholarships. The amount is given over a period of 4 years.
- Students are also offered with an opportunity to work on campus in order to finance their education. Around 30% of the students are employed annually.

Overview
Stfx is close to my home. I didn't want to be too far but I'm also far enough to get a sense of independence. The X ring was also a bit part of the reason that I chose the school and I'm looking forward to joining the alumni's.
Fees
Tuition is about eight grand for the average student. Residences go anywhere from $5000 to $9000 depending on what sort of living situation you're looking for. You have to pay fees for the union and some construction, but it's nothing out of place.

My first and primary language is English. Do I need an English proficiency exam test again?
