MSc in Pharmacology is 2 years, an on-campus program offered on both a full-time and a part-time basis. The graduate programs in the department are designed to provide in-depth experience in laboratory research in experimental pharmacology and provide a broad knowledge of academic pharmacology. 
In this program, students will be given the tools that they need to become high-quality, research-based scientists. This program will prepare studentsfor development in academia and the pharmaceutical industry. 


Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Eligibility:

  • Students should have completed a 4-year bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
  • A degree granted by a university of recognized standing is required.
  • A minimum GPA of at least 3.7/4.33 (B grade) in the last 60 credit hours of study is required.

Indian Student Eligibility:

Completed a 4-year UG degree with an upper second class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.

Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test.

Required Document List

Following are the required document:

  • Online application form and fees: Students have to fill the online form and submit the application fees. 
  • Resume: Outline of academic achievements and/or awards, publications, relevant work, and/or volunteer experience.
  • Two Professional References: Referees (Teachers, guidance counselors, or Professors) should comment on academics and that references should submit along with the application system.
  • Personal Statement: It should include a brief overview of themselves, strengths, and any work experience and/or education that students have.
  • Transcripts: Students have to submit transcripts from all universities/colleges attended, World Education Services Assessments, and English Language Proficiency test scores.
  • Statement of Intent: Reasons or intentions for pursuing studies in this program, including a description of prior experience.
  • Confirmation of Employment Form:  Students must be emailed as an attachment by the applicant or referee. 
  • Proof of name change: Required only if name discrepancies exist between transcripts/assessments/test scores and other application documents.  Examples of proof: Marriage/divorce certificates, 2 copies of government-issued ID that include a previous and current name and date of birth.
  • ELP Scores: Students have to submit their English language proficiency scores like IELTS, TOEFL, or other test scores.
