Colleges Where I Was Rejected
Reason for Rejection
- Not sure exactly but may be the grades in the undergrad, also I applied in fall intake and competition particularly that year was very stiff though I learned to be patient with the process. Having backup options always help.

Class Schedule
- At Bishop's University, the class schedule for the Master's in Computer Science program is generally well structured and manageable. Typically there are around 4-5 classes per week each lasting upto 2 hours. The average class size is small, usually between 15 to 25 students but in computer science, there were around 100 students. In my course, there were 50 indian students.
Faculty
- The faculty members in the computer science course are highly knowledgeable, approachable and genuinely invested in student access. The faculty to student ratio is quite favourable. The best faculties were Mr. Butler, Mr. M. Ayoub as they taught in a very friendly and result oriented manner. Yes, they do help in fetching jobs as well.

The ease depends on industry and availability but with persistence, students manage to secure something.
- On campus roles such as Teaching Assistant (TA), Research Assistant (RA) and Department Assistant (DA) are limited and usually awarded to students with strong academic backgrounds. The competition is moderate and typically these roles pay 15-20 CAD per hour. Other on-campus jobs include positions at the library, sports complex, cafeteria and IT support services.
