Required Exams for Admission
I opted as it was the institution which provided the course related to my ongoing work experience in Financial Technology. I did the admission through a Consultant who specializes In immigration. I Also simultaneously went to tuition center called Hurray Koramangala to prepare for my IELTS Exam . Once I got my IELTS results I provided it to my Consultant and I got the admission. The admission procedure went smooth and once admission email was received I applied for the visa with the guidance from the college. Excellent experience. The college has a vibrant diverse community. The cafeteria is spacious and has food from all over the world . There is CSI which is students association and caters to the need of the ever increasing student community. Helps to foster understanding and education between students, college and lecturers .
Course Curriculum
The programe has a total credit of 36. 1 faculty for every 30 students. Even though the course was online it provided the best interaction. This has helped a gain a throughout insight of the present conditions in the financial technological market.
Campus Life
The campus life us diverse. A large volume if students are from various different countries outside Canada . Most international students are from India, Philippines, China, Nigeria . I found a large countrymen belonging to my country . The library is both online and offline. The offline library is rarely accessed as most of the offline material is available in digital form where we can access using out college Id login credentials of email and password. There are various cultural clubs like financial club , engineering club formed by the college students union . Medical facilitates are brilliant, simple to access and we are educated how to access Medical facilitates on the day of orientation.
Placement
Good placements. Newly Financial Technological start up companies like Tangerine bank are routinely seen conducting placements. The lecturers through routinely inform about placements through the notice board .
Accommodation
I joined a local college community WhatsApp group called Guelph accommodation contacted landlords in that group and asked if they have accommodation facilities and signed the lease from India by transferring the first and last .
Fees
Yes the program was affordable. I managed my Finance entirely through the savings I did while I was working in my home country. I have not availed any loan. Entire funding was through my savings and my parents contribution.
