- Conestoga college provides a wonderful experience for students and a very good environment for pursuing education abroad . My course in computer application security was taught by qualified professors who had great knowledge and industry exposure. It's a great place to study and make friends. I wanted to study a course that will aid my development experience in IT industry and my curiosity towards the cybersecurity field. Conestoga offered the right program to pursue my second course in Canada after learning Cybersecurity. It was the right decision that I made at the right time.
Dislikes
- Waterloo campus can be a little congested sometime. Especially nearing the semester exams there won't be any space to sit. The conference rooms will be fully occupied. Other than than that its a great college.

Course Curriculum
Projects were great. All had some research and industry exposure.
Faculty
18:1. Great faculty and staff members. One of the courses was taught by our Dean. he had great industry experience and gave us good insights on the cyber industry and provided tips on how to get in. Staffs were kind and helpful and approachable all time.
Campus Life
Campus has some great facilities like WiFi, Student Clubs, Sports, libraries and so on. Special events were also held by the student members.
Placement
Received interview calls from top companies including Google. few of the students were placed. Interviews based on qualifications and industry experience.
Accommodation
I took off campus accommodation. Rent was 440 per month + utilities. Took a shared room in a 6 member house.
Exams
IELTS Score: 7.5. Speaking Score: 7, Reading Score: 7.5, Listening Score: 8, Writing Score: 7. I had to submit my SOP. There was no interview by the college. documents required were mainly IELTS score sheet, degree certificate, passport, bank statement, vaccination sheet, SOP etc.
Fees
15,383 cad for international students. But if you are taking the co-op option it will be 17,670.20 CAD.
