Eton College Admission Requirements for International Students

To be eligible for admissions to Eton College programs, the candidate must be at least 18 years of age or above. The admissions requirements are similar for all certificates and diploma courses. Below mentioned is the application process and admission requirements for international students:

• English language proficiency scores:
  • IELTS - 6.0
  • TOEFL IBT - 61
  • 67-72% in high school communications 12
• Medical insurance
• Birth certificate copy
• Photo ID copy
• Passport Copy
• Interview

Eton College Admission Decision

Those accepted for Eton College admissions will receive a letter of enrollment and an invoice. The accepted students must confirm their admission by paying the tuition fee deposit of 6000 CAD (3.73 lakhs INR).

Eton College Admission: Selection Criteria

As per the admission policy of Eton College, the candidates are selected on the basis of meeting all the requirements for their desired course of study. Those who couldn't meet the English requirements can be offered admissions based on Eton College placement assessment. It is must to meet the minimum admission requirements for getting into Eton, as applications of candidates without these requirements will not be considered.

Study Permit for International Students

It is mandatory for all international students to apply for a Canada Student visa upon receiving the letter of enrollment from Eton College. However, only students planning to study a course with a duration above 6 months are required to hold a study permit in Canada. Those who wish to extend their stay in Canada beyond 6 months may apply for a study permit. International students may obtain a Canada Study permit from the local visa office in their country.

The Study Permit and Canada Visa requirements are as follows:

• Financial statements to meet educational and living expenses in Canada
• Passport
• Work permit (if applicable)
• Letter of explanation for missing documents
• Medical certificate
• Police clearance certificate

The admissions at Eton College are offered to candidates who meet all the requirements including the basic and program specific requirements (if any). Both diploma and certificate courses have similar requirements. The study permit is required for all the diploma courses and only a few of certificate courses with duration above 6 months.
