- Admissions were very helpful and insightful. Financial aid helped give me tips and helped with questions I had. My instructors are always available with any questions and go over the top to make sure I have the help I need. It’s absolutely the best college I’ve ever picked.
Dislikes
- I do wish the Dental students had a better cafeteria and places to go study, as the main campus has a hot cafe with hot food and we only have microwaves and vending machines.
Overview
In New Brunswick, there is only one English college that has a Dental Assistant course. I had looked at going to PEI, but their program and instructors seemed cold and distant. When I went to Oulton open house everyone was so bright and cheerful and seemed to genuinely care about my education. They took me on a tour of the dental clinic, the expectations, and tips and tricks on how to get started. They genuinely cared for my education whether I was going to Oulton or another college, and they really won me over. My experience has been amazing! The coursework is fulfilling, and my instructors help in anyway they can. Any problems I had were resolved and handled very professionally. They have realistic expectations and the community is very welcoming. You definitely will feel proud to go to Oulton and will feel heard and respected, with amazing job prospects.
Scholarship
No scholarships, but I did get government Bursaries for low income in New Brunswick.
Overview
Good reputation. Oulton was well known in my family for once reason or another so that's why I went with it. I also loved the staff there as well. They were pretty good in my opinion. I think it was a pretty good choice though I don't work in the IT field
