RRC Polytech Application Portal
International students apply to Red River College Polytechnic through the official RRC Polytechnic admissions application. There is no centralised portal in the state in the US; the university operates admissions independently.
The non-refundable application fee for international students is CAD $160 (₹10,904). Beyond the application fee, students should account for two mandatory recurring fees charged after enrolment:
- Student Services Fee: CAD $216 (₹14,720) annually, which covers academic advising, career placement, and library services
- Technology Infrastructure Fee: CAD $310 (₹21,127) annually, which covers standard software access and lab network usage
After admission, students need to submit a deposit of CAD $5,000 (₹3.41 Lakhs). The college issues the Letter of Acceptance (LOA), which is required to apply for a Canadian Study Permit, only after the deposit submission.
Note: International students should add 2–3 months for study permit processing after receiving the LOA. Most diploma programs have limited seats remaining for the fall 2026 intake, as mentioned on the University’s website. Thus, students must apply as soon as possible for their desired program.
