Visa Delays and Uncertainties: What Indian Students Need to Know About Studying in Canada

Students seeking to study in Canada for the upcoming academic year may expect potential delays in visa arrival. Canada has been one of the most popular study abroad destinations for Indian students for years. Majority of the Indian students prefer to study in Canada due it’s exceptional immigration policy, study options and extensive range of career opportunities. But due to the recent diplomatic spat between the two countries, there may be possible delays in processing of Canada Student Visa. Meanwhile, governments of India and Canada have assured the current situation won’t affect the Indian students in Canada but may take longer time in visa processing for incoming students.
