- The University of Adelaide's Master of Computer Science programme has a solid academic reputation, and the material feels very current and research-focused, which is why I truly like studying there. There are many locations close by to study, dine, or unwind in between classes, and the university is conveniently located in the city. When tasks are too much, support services like writing and academic skills assistance are also quite helpful.
Dislikes
- Internships are hard to find, teaching quality varies, and admin can be slow.
- I live in a shared apartment close to the North Terrace campus (Blair Athol area), which I located quickly and without the need for an agent using Facebook groups, StudyAdelaide Rental Database, and Gumtree. Rent for a room with three to four bedrooms is approximately AUD 800–1,200 per month, which includes WiFi, bills, and a furnished room, kitchen, and bathroom. The competitive Uni Village option is about AUD 1,400 all-in. Reasonably priced for students!
