5. If you are not satisfied and a Phase 3 (spot round) is announced, you may choose to participate — but evaluate this decision carefully as seat availability varies.

Students who do not report within the reporting window will lose their allotted seat. The allotment is strictly based on rank, category, and web options priority order.
