Students allotted seats in the APJEE 2026 2nd round must report to their respective polytechnic institutes between July 6 and July 11, 2026, as per the schedule declared by the Arunachal Pradesh State Council for Technical Education (APSCTE) on apdhte.nic.in.

The APJEE 2026 examination was not conducted this year; diploma seat allotment for 2026-27 is based on Class X qualifying examination merit. The 2nd round seat allotment result was declared on July 3, 2026, giving students a six-day window — July 6 to July 11 — to physically report at their allotted polytechnic institute and complete all admission formalities.

Polytechnic Institutes Under APJEE 2026

Step-by-Step Reporting Process

Follow these steps to complete your APJEE 2026 2nd round reporting between July 6 and July 11, 2026. Students in remote districts should plan travel early — some locations in Arunachal Pradesh may require 1–2 days of transit time before the window closes on July 11.

1. Download your 2nd Round Seat Allotment Letter by logging into apdhte.nic.in with your application number and date of birth. Print a clear, legible copy.

3. Travel to your allotted polytechnic institute and reach the admission office between July 6 and July 11, 2026. Confirm the daily reporting hours with the institute in advance.

5. Pay admission and tuition fees at the institute fee counter. Keep your payment receipt — it is your proof of secured admission.
