SDA Bocconi Asia Center’s IMB includes a mandatory 4-month international immersion at SDA Bocconi School of Management in Milan, Italy—a cornerstone experience providing unparalleled global exposure and authentic European business education.

The immersion is more than an educational experience in a classroom. It will include highly interactive lectures with leading academics, business simulations, corporate visits by European businesses, speakers from industry, field research projects, extended assignment, and cultural events that engage you in Italian culture.

Upon completing the IMB program successfully, including the international immersion:

  • International Master in Business (internationally recognized) degree from SDA Bocconi School of Management, Italy
  • 105 Credits (CPUs) according to the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS)
  •  Recognition by large corporates in international and Indian markets
  •  Alumni status, to include participation in Bocconi's alumni network of over 140,000 alumni globally.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS


Academic Qualifications

  • An undergraduate degree in any field (or Final Year candidates)
  • A minimum of 55% across 10th, 12th, and undergraduate degree
  • A minimum aggregate average of 70% for the 10th + 12th + undergraduate combined.

Test Scores (any one is required):

  • CAT 2024/2025
  • GMAT (taken after January 1, 2023)
  • NMAT by GMAC 2024/2025
  • GRE (taken after January 1, 2023)
  • Bocconi Test (if other scores not available or not competitive).

SELECTION PROCESS


The selection process is holistic in nature and consists of the following elements:

  • Academic Ability: An expectation of consistent academic performance and the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Test Scores: Evidence of strong academic performance in entrance tests.
  • Work Experience: Considerations of the quality and relevance of professional experiences.
  • Extra-Curricular Activities: Leadership, entrepreneurship, sports, and cultural skills and achievements.
  • Personal Interview: An assessment of problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and assessment of overall profile.
