What the Nagaland University Result PDF Shows

Most PDFs list roll numbers of students who cleared all papers. Lists are grouped college by college. Each college block shows how many students appeared and how many cleared.

Some notices also carry a course-level summary. The B.Ed 2nd semester result shows 719 students appeared and 569 cleared. That is a pass percentage of 79.14 percent.

The B.Tech notice shows department-wise counts too. In the 2nd semester, 22 of 33 CSE students cleared all papers. Some roll numbers appear with the names of the papers cleared.

Marksheet and Grade Sheet Collection

Marks and grades do not appear online. College principals collect the mark sheet or grade sheet from Nagaland University, Lumami. For the April-May 2026 UG exams, collection started on July 17, 2026.

Important: A correction request after one month from the result date costs Rs. 500 per document.

Correction requests need a reason and the original mark sheet. Within one month, there is no correction fee.

How to Apply for Revaluation After the Result

Students apply for re-evaluation only through the college principal. The university rejects individual forms and late forms. Each result notice states its own last date.

The steps are simple. The student fills the re-evaluation form at the college and pays the fee. The principal sends all forms to the university at Lumami before the deadline.

News reports from July 2026 put the official UG fee at Rs. 450 per paper. Some colleges charged more. Reports also set a floor of 15 out of 75 external marks to apply.

The re-evaluation result lists the roll number and the paper code cleared. A student whose roll number is missing keeps the original result.

Nagaland University Result Problems and Fixes

Students often cannot find their roll number on result day. These are the common reasons.

• Wrong file opened: FYUGP, CBCS and old course UG results are in separate files.
• Not cleared all papers: Main lists show only students who passed every paper.
• Result changed later: PG departments issued addendums and corrigendums from July to September 2026.
• Name or data errors: The UG notice carries a separate discrepancy list.

A missing or wrong result is reported to the college first. The college takes it to the Controller of Examinations at Lumami.

In July 2026, student unions flagged high failure rates in some 6th semester papers. Students report that many such cases cleared after re-evaluation. So a close miss is worth a re-evaluation form.
