  • There are many events going on. There is an Indian student association where all the Indian festivals are celebrated. All the faculty also join it and there are pretty good.
  • There are some events like dj nights and desi nights that are also celebrated from time to time for all the international students. Different clubs are available for interested students to join and participate from time to time.

  • I live off campus. it is just walkable to the college main building where the classes are taken. I live in Douglas street and I highly recommend this.
  • I found a senior who came in fall 2023 through telegram who helped me in finding this accommodation. There are many seniors in all the telegram groups. They will help us with any doubts that we have.

  • Online platforms and help from seniors. There are whatsapp groups and an Indian students association to help you get going.
  • Monthly rent would be 400usd which includes a room and an attached wash. Utilities like electricity, gas etc are not included in the rent.
  • Accommodation is just 5 mins away from the university and that is walking time. It’s very close.

  • We have many campuses, like Grey Hall, Woldt Hall, the music building, the student activity centre and many more. We can't name each and every building as we have many to see.
  • We have a very big library where 1000 students can occupy and study and we also have SAC where students play and work out. The campus festivals are Freshers Day, Diwali Night, Farewell, and Graduation Day.

  • Accommodation is super here. Its fabulous. We have well-maintained kitchens, bathrooms, and rooms. To find accommodation we have different websites and also university dorms, which are quite expensive but are very good and fabulous.
  • We can expect to pay about $200 for each semester, excluding food. Monthly rent can reach up to 450$. Facilities are like kitchens and bathrooms.
  • We have dining places separate where we can order food and eat. Especially students in hostels can use them with flex points, which can be bought while paying the hostel fees.

The student clubs are the best to have fun and to get to know about different people with different cultures. The university is also offering a student activity center with a sports area, gym, esports gaming area, and swimming pool.

My faculty in the department was very supportive and helpful; they always supported me when I submitted assignments, they corrected and they always gave a second chance because I'm a beginner.

Accommodation is available on campus, but I would rather prefer off-campus. We have a lot of options just behind campus.

CMU hosts a wide range of events throughout the year, including cultural festivals, guest lectures, academic conferences, music concerts, theater performances, and art exhibitions. CMU has a robust athletic program and competes in NCAA Division I sports. The university's teams, known as the Chippewas, participate in a range of sports, including football, basketball, soccer, baseball, softball, and more. Students can support their teams by attending games, and there are opportunities for those interested in intramural and club sports as well.

The accommodation for international students is feasible. But if you got admission make sure to come before 20 days to your start data so it will be helpful.

Campus life is good with a lot of dynamic clubs which have a lot of intercultural diversity and help us grasp different cultures alike. The library is indeed the grandest bit of the whole college and very rich in options for studying well

I had stayed on campus for the first year paying about $500 per month for housing. For the second year, I stayed off-campus. Primary criteria are bug-free house on first floor or higher, and proximity to campus
