- Extremely remote location makes it hard for anyone to travel to nearest big cities
- Harsh weather conditions
- Not suitable for computer science engineering
- Accommodation is simpler compared to other universities.
- Everyone gets to apply for on-campus housing and 95 per cent of students will receive housing on campus.
- Student housing is 0.5 miles from the campus. Monthly rent is around 400 per student in a 2br apartment.
- Off-campus housing is easier to find as well since not many students live around and it's a small university town.
