- The Master of Arts (MA) in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Hofstra University prepares the students for career advancement across a number of fields dealing with workplace productivity and behaviors, including human resources, training, management, consulting, coaching, and organization development. Research design, statistics, and psychology provide the foundation for advanced study in selection training, performance appraisal, worker motivation, and organization development.
