The applicant must possess a four-year bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a closely related field from an accredited institution with a minimum GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale. Applicants with degrees outside this area may be conditionally admitted and asked to take a prerequisite foundation course.
