B.C.S from Rowan University, Glassboro - Fees & Admission Details 2025

• The course curriculum is all about the mix of theoretical and practical learning. You learn more by interacting in class. The best thing I like is that Americans in the class will straight away stand up or raise their hands and be clear of their doubts at that point in time.
• Some courses have too much theory, which is really boring and some have really interesting topics for which one has to give presentations to the class.
• The good thing about Rowan is that they have a huge number of Americans (instate) than the out-of-state/international students.

• The full fee is $32085 (one credit = $1035). Fees is charged semester-wise and credit-based (for example, if I have taken 10 credits in the first semester, it costs exactly $10,350).
• Health insurance is mandatory in the USA (Rowan University offers $2700 per year).
• The good thing is that Rowan University accepts the insurance from ISO and ISI health organisations (costs around $1000 per year).
• We can pay the tuition fees in installments (there is no pressure in paying our fee, but one has to complete his/her payment before the beginning of the next semester as they will place a hold on our student account).
• As I am not staying in hostel, I am not sure about the charges, but students usually live in a rented house (For me, it costs around $600 per month, including food, utilities, other expenses like transportation, etc.)
   

• Since I'm a CS student most of the courses related to it are almost more practical apart from any courses related to math.
• I would say that most of the assignments are related to coding and doing math's which are 2 things I really love and have interest for.
• I do hate the fact it would take more time for me to complete my day-to-day assignments compared to my roommate who usually had an assignment throughout the week.
• There are 4-5 Indian students enrolled in each of my 5 classes and about 70-100 students enrolled for the course .

• All the international students are considered as a full-time student and are charged based on semester where you can take 17 credits per semester and in comes to total amount of 25600$ just for tuition fee per year excluding their hidden fees that comes at around 700$ per semester.
• Additionally, I paid 4800$ for housing and 2650$ for food per semester.
   

The course is intense with lots of exams, assignments, research and projects.

My course has 30 credits and each credit costs $900.

Its quite relevant great for research and students who want to explore.
