Geography and Geoinformation Science (GGS) program offered at George Mason University helps in understanding the human and natural complexities of our planet. In today's digitized age, technology advances the way we live and work. A GGS degree provides students with state-of-the-art geospatial knowledge to pursue careers in industry and academia. Through these programs, students examine physical and human processes acting at local, regional, and global scales and develop the scientific and technical skills to map, analyze, and monitor the earth.
