Academic Qualification

  • Degree Requirement: A U.S. equivalent bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, or an international equivalent.
  • Preferred Background: Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or other engineering disciplines
  • GPA Requirements: A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale in undergraduate coursework.
  • Relevant Coursework: Courses in mathematics, physics, structural analysis, construction management, project management, and other related subjects will be beneficial. 
  • Professional Experience (Optional but beneficial): Having work experience in construction, civil engineering, or project management is a plus, especially for the course-based option.
  • GRE Requirement: GRE is not required for admission.

English Language Requirement
