- The campus was very good and had pretty good infrastructure for practical learning.
- Faculty and professors are very experienced and will help us through the learning process and it’s very easy to score good marks.
- College city is calm and peaceful which is very safe and no need to worry about the stay.
Dislikes
- The fee is too high to pay for bachelors/masters.
- Library closes at 10pm almost everyday which is not sufficient for few students.
- Health center facilities are also closed by evening and no place to go for emergencies during late nights.
Campus Life
- I think we have OSU cascades and OSU Corvallis.
- We have recreational centres like Dixon and McAlexander and other athletic gyms.
- We have a great library as well and there are many events conducted during the term all the time. There a good clubs near by which is recommended by everyone during the weekends.
- We have cultural and extra curricular activities conducted for festivals and games every year.
Accommodation
- I found accommodation through one of the students who was already there.
- Monthly rent+utilities was 650 for a private room.
- It was hard to find roommates for the entire house and based on that we were unable to find a house sufficient to the people who are willing to stay.
- In future I would recommend reaching out to people on LinkedIn and getting added into WhatsApp groups will definitely help.
- My accommodation was 10 min walk to the campus and we have free transportation so by bus it will be 2 minutes.

- My research interests were matching with what was happening here.
- Some of the best professors are there in my university and the research is top notch. The facilities are amazing. Especially the robotics lab has some of the most sophisticated equipments that you can work with.
Dislikes
- It is not very inclusive. Some graduate advisor and professors are racist. Sometime if you get stuck with a bad advisor, it can become very stressful and traumatic. Be very careful which professor you choose as your advisor as that is very important for you to successfully complete your degree on time.
Campus Life
Pretty happening. There are a few clubs and periodical events happening. There are also some periods of dull without any lively campus life.
Accommodation
$1500 per term.

- Everything, its funded for me, stipends are provided, weather is calm , peaceful, walk even at 3 am at night. greenest city. good professors. There are many fun courses to register like swimming, boxing, karate, yoga, etc. Free gym, free groceries, and cheap houses.
Dislikes
- Lots of research work, not industry oriented, finding professors is tough, you need to complete certain amount of courses per research area. finding an advisor takes time. 3 term a year so lots of study work with less of individual effort.
Campus Life
Great, its good to be there, peaceful, organized, good people around you, library is good to study.
Accommodation
700 rent, 150 utilities and 100 groceries. overall 950 to 1000 monthly.
Accommodation
I stayed in a university affiliated student housing apartments which was ver close to the campus. Monthly rent was around 900 dollars. In the second year, I stayed in a town house which was around 1100 dollars/month. I had a couple of roommates to share the place.
The program specifications aligned well with my research and career goals. The program also had a curriculum that satisfied all my needs to learn required skills. I was confident that the skills that the course would provide me would be helpful in setting my career in the field of public health
Campus Life
There is an online website where you can find information on different clubs and events taking place in the campus. There is also a Student Experience Center where you can participate in various extracurricular activities.
Accommodation
There are options for students to take a lease and share it with 2-3 other students. That way, the rent cost get much cheaper. Average rent I paid was around 450$ per month and I stayed with 1-2 persons.
