I chose this college because of the location and rank of the college. I like it because many Indian students come here. The rank of MSCS in this college is quite good for decent admission rate.
Course Curriculum
The course Curriculum is quite good. Professors update it regularly and we get to study the latest technologies present. Research experience is given to students who are interested.
Exams
- My scores: GRE - 318 with 167 in quants, ILETS - 7.5 - Grade 10th = 82 %; Grade 12th = 75% Btech ( UPES) = 70% - Requirements: My university did not require any SOPs and LORs as I submitted application through Kaplan without paying application fees.
Placement
Companies like Google, Micron, and Apple visit the college regularly, they even offer short interview preparations for their companies. Many students were placed after going through the process. The median salary according to me went around 80k$ per year which is decent.
Fees
The tuition fees keep increasing but to be estimated it goes around 59k dollars.
Faculty
From what I have seen there is 1 faculty for every 50 students. Staff are sometimes not up to their best behaviors but faculties are nice. Even if you are the 50th person going to ask them a doubt regarding class, you will get answered. I would bring Prof. Subbarao to attention who is an incredible faculty and everyone must take a class under him.
Campus Life
Campus life is great, infrastructure is great. There are a lot of clubs, and events and joining them is easy as well. You can even start your own club as well. Faculties are good with behaviour and knowledge. It has one of the biggest sports complexes in Arizona with good wifi.
Hostel
I am paying 500$ per month as rent and I am sharing it with 3 other people for 2B2B. You can rent a car as well and renting is quite easy. The rent insurance covers most of the rental accidental damages. Finding accommodation is quite easy here.
