- University is not just famous for coursework but also is very good at conducting events and parties at school which motivates us to work hard during weekdays and enjoy ourselves on weekends from university organized events . Overall we have a happy life at ASU as a student.
Dislikes
- Nothing about the university but the location is very hot .Except for the weather, everything is best in ASU.
ASU is very good with its coursework especially for masters in Electrical Engineering ,along with the faculty who were experts in this particular domain. Also the labs and cleanrooms in this university were ranked in top list which would help me gain practical knowledge. ASU is a very good university with super diversification and excellent coursework provided with world's best faculty to guide every individual.
Course Curriculum
Everything is up to date and they teach company standards and requirements.
Exams
- IELTS - 7.0 is required and GRE is needed for some branches and that requirement also varies with respect to GPA of bachelors. GPA of bachelors must be minimum 8.0 out of 10. - RMK Engineering College - 8.6/10 - SSC- 9.7/10, INTERMEDIATE -947/1000 - Requirements: SOP plays a crucial role in Masters application. SOP acts as an advertisement profile of what you are? Who you are? Why this university? What is this university? These points have to be written clearly to make your application effective. SOP plays a crucial role in the admission process. Sometimes even if all requirements are met and SOP is not up to mark there are chances of getting denial of application. - Interview Round: No, It depends on course work. My coursework doesn't require any kind of interviews beforehand.
Placement
Almost all students end up having 1-2 jobs in their hand by the time they graduate irrespective of their internship status.
Internship
No, I have worked as a teaching assistant under the professor for almost a year, so I didn't get time to intern or co-op.
Fees
Even tuition fee varies with respect to the credits that we take . Usually masters requirements is to complete 30 credits .So on an average note 40,000$ will be needed to complete the masters.
Scholarship
Yes, I worked as TA at ASU where ASU provided 7000$ stipend per semester until I worked as TA.
Faculty
Everybody works in industries and works as PROF . So we were often given industrial exposure.
Campus Life
Campus life is the best and one time life experience especially at ASU as ASU has been named as the BEST PARTY School.
Hostel
I stayed out of university with my friends from nearby universities, and my monthly expenses, including all bills and groceries, would be almost 600 dollars a month.
