Information Technology 83% (UG) SSC - 91% (12th); ICSE - 84% (10th) - Requirements: I submitted a SoP, three LoRs, and my updated resume. In my SoP, I discussed current industry trends and how my academic background, along with my professional experience as a developer, has fueled my interest in this field. For the three LoRs, I contacted two professors from my UG and my manager in the company I worked for.

There are no placements that happen per say but we do have job fairs. In these job fairs, some of the companies conduct interviews. There were few internship opportunities from my department. Median salary would be around $80000.

Faculty
Student-to-faculty ratio is 18:1. The faculty and staff are very approachable and helpful. They are very knowledgeable and provide appropriate guidance to students. Dr. Greg Chism, Dr. Meghan Wetherell, and Dr. Eric Jackson are the faculty who have really helped me and have amazing lectures.
Campus Life
There are many clubs and events that keep happening almost every day. There are two huge recreation centres with state-of-the-art equipment. There is almost a club for everything for example - swimming, dance, art, table tennis, squash, painting, basketball, archery, football, literature, e-sports, health sciences, etc. The WiFi on campus is very fast and covers the entire campus.
Hostel
I live in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit along with 3 other roommates. It is a fully furnished unit with a TV, Washer/Dryer, Oven, Microwave, Induction Stove, and Dishwasher. The base rent is $2300. Electricity+ utility comes to around $100 per month. So the total per head comes to around $600. There are cheaper places (unfurnished apartments) where the total rent per head is around $450.
