Georgia is a pretty state in a warm climate, it’s a very walkable pretty campus with a great school . University of Georgia is a beautiful school in the south, eastern part of the United States. The campus is in a very warm climate location, has beautiful scenery, and is a very aesthetically pleasing campus for studying outdoors, or long walks. There are plenty of on-campus food options and cafés to choose from, Hundreds of different clubs and organizations to join, lots of on-campus events, an extreme level of school spirit for sports teams, two different learning centers for studying, and more than two libraries on campus. There are buses that run across campus completely free to the students as well.

Course Curriculum

My courses were very relevant to the degree and interesting to learn. The syllabus was up to date but a little difficlult to process. I was given an Intership required for course credit of 300 hours (research or applied practice, your choice)

Placement

I don’t know, but the university offers multiple job fairs throughout the year where students can bring their resumes and try to get a job with companies that attend. There’s also a very amazing career center that can help you practice job interviewing, let you borrow clothes, help tailor your résumé, and give you headshots (professional photos)

Fees

I think it was about 13,000 per semester for me, maybe 10,000. Summer semester and May semester classes are always cheaper.

Scholarship

Faculty

The faculty-to-student ratio was about one to thirteen, very intimate and beneficial for learning. The faculty and staff are very knowledgeable and respectful. Most are very approachable. Dr. Patrick O’Neal was my favorite.

Campus Life

Campus life is amazing, there are plenty of clubs and organizations, and plenty of extracurricular activities on campus! there are over 1000 clubs including clubs for very interesting hobbies, like sailing and rowing, Wi-Fi all over campus, I think five different libraries, two different learning centers for studying, plenty of sports! There are two different gyms on campus… and the school is very big into sports so it’s a lot of fun.

Hostel

The on-campus housing definitely accommodates abroad students, dorms are typically two to a dorm, there are options where you have separate rooms, and there are options where you have to share a room. There are also graduate housing options where you can live alone.
