What Students Say
Likes
- I chose this college because of the Co-op program that I heard a lot of. Plus, it lets you choose double concentrations which I find very helpful.
- The co-op program: it's such a wonderful opportunity for students pursuing the bachelor's degree as the college guarantees at least a 6 month job opportunity while pursuing the degree. This also helps in boost of resume during the early years. Apart from this, the teaching systems for various majors and concentrations is also very nice.
Dislikes
- Nothing to dislike about this college. I actually got used to it in the first one month and I found it very easy to gel with other students or professors. It's a great choice for people looking to apply.
It's been a wonderful experience till now. I am a rising junior and I absolutely loved every day that I was here. The academic process, advising process, co-op process, and everything was wonderful. I truly enjoyed my work and fortunately, all the professors I worked with were very helpful too. The infrastructure played a key role in enhancing my experience and I would suggest it for freshmen who are looking pursue their bachelor's degree for sure.
Course Curriculum
They're really good. Every concentration has its own classes under it and they're very relevant to what you choose. Before choosing the concentration, we are asked to do all the mandatory business requirements which cover all functions of business so it also helps us understand which function is suitable for our concentrations.
Faculty
The average faculty to student ratio would be 1:30. They are very esteemed and confident about what they teach. They have excellent methods of teaching and are very effective. They have office hours on a weekly basis and your more than welcome to join and clarify all your doubts and they'll always be there.
Campus Life
The campus life is amazing. There's clubs that cover almost every topic that you can think of. There's intramural sports happening on a weekly basis for about 25 different sports. The library is a 4 storey beautiful building with group study rooms and individual study rooms. It also has so many resources that help you with academics.
Placement
I haven't gone this far yet so I barely have a idea but from what I heard it's nice. Few of the masters students I interacted with said that having a good- co-op is very useful and the college provides numerous opportunities on their job portal.
Accommodation
The apartments are wonderful. Well equipped appliances and the most important it's secured 24/7. To get in another student from another dorm or college you need to sign them in at the proctor's. There's laundry in every dorm and it's very convenient.
Exams
ACT: 32/36 and it was test optional due to the pandemic as few tests kept getting cancelled. I had to submit LORs from at least 2 of my teachers from high school. I did not have access to them though.
Fees
around 36000 USD a sem.
