My overall experience at Georgia Tech is academically challenging but educating. There’s so many clubs to make friends and the campus is so beautiful to relax in the nature while also having modern and high tech features in the library. Georgia Tech is an amazing school and would highly recommend for people who are academically gifted and want great job placements too.

Course Curriculum

8

The course syllabus is updated and relevant and challenging we material. The labs are good research experience, but no industrial exposure.

Exams

SAT SCORE 1290 with MATH 590 READING AND WRITING 690 scores. No other tests needed for me as I was a US student. I didn’t have to submit any additional documents Ike CV or resume.

Placement

10

The post study placement is very good. Many big names will hire students like Johnson & Johnson for biology students or Google for CS or Deloitte and Accenture for Business students.

Internship

I interned for City of Atlanta office of sustainability. I got the internship through the SLS program of GT.

Fees

$30,000 USD for out of state tuition. And dorm can be anywhere from $7,000-$10,000 per year.

Faculty

9

The faculty to student ratio depends on the specific class for large classes it can be 200-300 students but I’ve had smaller classes especially for my major classes that have maximum 20-30 students. Most of the professors are very approachable during office hours. The professor Jennifer Glass had an incredible impact on me and also Colin Harrison.

Campus Life

There are so many extracurricular clubs! Lots of different diverse clubs like Asian American club and also sports club like volleyball and badminton which are fun. The library is very new and has two cafes in it with quiet floors too. The Wi-Fi isn’t slow but sometimes it disconnects but it’s still great.

Hostel

9

The dorms aren’t too new and most dorms are sharing a room with one other person but they have a specific apartment for graduate students and apartments for upperclassmen where you get your own room. There are off campus apartments that can be a lot more expensive but nicer and houses for cheap.
