Which entrance exam is required for M.Tech and MCA at SPMVV?

M.Tech admission uses AP PGECET (SPMVV code: SPMUSF1). MCA admission goes through AP ICET. M.Sc programmes use APPGCET. M.Sc Biotechnology is the exception and uses GAT-B conducted by DBT. SPMVV does not conduct any separate PG entrance test.

Can candidates from outside Andhra Pradesh apply to SPMVV?

Yes. There is no domicile restriction. Women from any Indian state may appear for AP EAPCET or AP PGECET and apply to SPMVV through the APSCHE counselling process.

What scholarships does SPMVV offer?

SC, ST, and BC students eligible under the Jagananna Vidya Deevena scheme receive full tuition fee reimbursement from the AP government. AP Post-Matric Scholarship covers tuition and maintenance for SC/ST students. Applications go through the Jnanabhumi portal at jnanabhumi.ap.gov.in.
