IIMC Aizawl admission through CUET

Likes

Campus is in nature. Aizawl is very good place to be explored you have less than 50 aqui throughout the year
Youll experience most beautiful landscape and rain, infrastructure is very good
Single accomodation is best you'll don't have to worry about privacy

Dislikes

Transport are quite expensive. It'll be difficult for people wiht bad stamina to travel without auto
You'll not get so much north indian resturant option
Most of the locals don't know english so you may have problem in starting

From second semester you'll become eligible for campus selection Visited DD which is goverment institution you have to pay them for internship Highest package will be given by companies like TOI 75 percent students get placed Good placement

IIMC AIZAWL - A TRUE PARADISE

Likes

Campus was beautiful, a perfect environment to study. Being away from crowd it was exciting and interesting.
We could interact with people from all across India and make new friends. Also the people of Aizawl were very kind and helpful at all times.
The faculty were great, they not only helped us to grow academically but in life too

Dislikes

The campus is far away from the main city so it can become a difficulty to access the city from the campus.
Food will not suit the north Indian palate, and for vegetarians options are quite limited.

Placement Experience:

After the final, 2nd semester placement drive starts were students can go and apply for the placements. The placement drive happens in the Delhi Central campus were all students go. Companies like NDTV, Prasar Bharati, Accenture ad factor, trident and many more come for the placement drive most students get placed with package range in from 3.5 lakhs to 7 lakhs for annum. If you have completed your masters and your applying for period diploma then you can go for a job or some students even up for additional courses like a masters degree to further and enhance their skillset. I opted for a masters in mass communication to enhance my skills and get better jobs in the future.
