The course is taught by a faculty of five teachers, including four women and one man, who are praised for their dedication and effective teaching methods. The curriculum includes four exams that are challenging but aligned with the syllabus, though many students find them difficult to pass. Students have the opportunity to gain practical experience through an internship at STNM Hospital in Sochgaythang, Gangtok, which is the only specified location for internships.
The total college fee is 97,000, with 16,000 covered by the state government and state quota. Additional costs include a bus fee of 15,000 and an admission fee of 10,500.
