Inside AIIMS deoghar

Likes

Infrastructure, It's hostel facility and rooms are well maintained. Bathrooms are well built too and they clean it everyday
Academics, Professors are very experienced and do have a vast knowledge about their respective topics.

Dislikes

Its location, it is located in the outskirts of deoghar city which is quite far from the market
Gender ratio, It is 3:1 boys to girls, which is present in almost all the other AIIMS

Faculty:

Faculty to student ratio 1:15 in almost every subject. Faculties are well experienced and knowledgeable in their field. They provide good mentorship in response to the queries about research, study habits and also hobbies. They are also quite approachable as every student has their phone numbers and also can meet them any day in their respective departments.

Aiims deogar a complete brief

The things best about our college is that beinh an AIIMS even though a new one the infrastructure and the attention we get is beyond comparisons. The college management is very concerned about our academics and make sure we get the best in all aspect
The patients load is also huge even though the new hospitals buildings has not been fully inaugurated yet still the patient load is huge from the locals. Its almost 3k patient per day in our OPD flow and IPD has been recently inaugurated so thats too

Dislikes

The collage is. Very far away from the city there is a lot of connectivity issue like the means of transport like its 14km from main city so there is not much city life after 8 o clock its hard to leave the hostles let alone collage and restrictions
We are not allowed to install AC in our hostle even though its allwoed in other aiims and its get so hot in summer and major part of year only coolers are allwoed that too at a high fee of 550/month and the snacks are also not great but the food is

Faculty:

Faculty to studnet ratio is very good and the faculties are so good they are there for everything be it academic problem non academic problem personal issue or the research releted issue they are there for everythinh. They are very cooperative and unlike medical colleges even the HODs are there to help. They dont simply teach but make us grasp concepts like in our 11th 12th days. They are highly qualified most of the SRs and JRs are INI themselves and the faculties are all from legacy collages like BHU AMU CMC. The faculty are very approachable we can contact them anytime between 9 to 5 our colllege hour and even after that we can always message them. Being in AIIMS our faculties and academics are top notch without any exeception. Our dean academics our HODs our director are all there guiding us and making the place better by each passing day

institute of national importance , with top class infrastructure and faculty from all over india
basically our college fee is very less which is only 5000/- for whole MBBS course . and our hostel fee is also very much less which is 1000/- only for whole MBBS

Dislikes

too much hectic academic schedule,minimum vacations /holidays and only one day holiday for holi /diwali ,, /eid
Location : AIIMS deoghar is located in a remote village village of devipur , which is a big disadvantage of this college altoughs now development is fast after aiims set up but stil it is a far flung area

Faculty:

faculty to student ratio : 5:1 facilities are very helpful and teaching of aiims have no maxh in this country that is for sure most of the faculties are from prestigious institutes liks BHU ,AMU, AIIMS delhi ,PGI , they are very helpful humble and also encourage us in research teachers are approchible they are very much helpful but there are few teachers which are not that much good , overall majority of the teachers are excellent above average as compared to state medical Colleges they are much more skilled and hard working .
