Does OSGU conduct any entrance examination?

Yes, the University conducts entrance examinations but it is not mandatory for students to appear for the same. The candidates who have the minimum eligibility can take admission in the concerned course. Candidates who have qualified entrance examinations like CLAT/CAT/MAT are exempted from appearing in the entrance examination.

How is the percentage of marks calculated for OSGU - SAT?

The percentage of marks is calculated on the basis of which the scholarship is awarded through 50% of marks obtained in the qualifying exam + 50% marks of OSGUSAT.

Can foreign applicants apply for scholarships at OSGU Hisar?

No, the foreign applicants cannot apply for scholarships at OSGU since the scholarships and all different phases of fee/scholarships are applicable only for Indian applicants.

How are the accommodation facilities at OSGU Hisar?

OSGU Hisar provides separate hostel facilities for boys and girls. There are separate blocks with a fixed capacity. Caretakers and housekeeping facilities for the students. Placement Experience:

School of Business Management and school of applied science student gets placement. Not we from school of pharmacy. The university promise of giving 80% student placement but it is not true My plans after B pharma is to go for higher studies, study on medicine

The students are eligible for taking placement in 5 semesters. MNC company came and place the students like tech Mahindra, Infosys, Wipro etc. Highest pakage is 6 LPA through Infosys and the average pakkage is 4.20 LPA. 40% students are placed in a year.

Honest Review for OSGU.

Placement Experience:

My plan is to become a freelancer after this course to take admitted to OSGU for MCA & for a handsome salary and to get a job at Microsoft company. The average package for the jobs is 1.2Lpa for the BCA students, as far as I know.

The placemets at our college are average or below, as there were no such big or named company viesd to the university for hiring students. Small businesses, local startups companies visited to the college. and the Management at the youth fest event is not so well managed. It was the intern students who just do manged the programms. The credit for th esucces of job fair goes to the intern only,
