All about medical College and life of med student

Likes

The labs are very good with all equipments
Library with all kinds of books and well seating capacity
Hospital and huge class rooms with capacity of 200

Dislikes

Demo rooms are a bit small with normal benches
Generally we should have 5 cadaver of both male and female equal but we have male one more
Nothing more than the above mentioned. Everything is fine rest

Placement Experience:

Since this is MBBS course we no need to worry about our placements. The first internship will be done in our college hospital itself and after graduation we can practice in other hospitals tooo. Survival rate is maximum even after graduation

Peacefulness

Likes

Frendly and responsibile staffs who helped me
Hospital's hospitality was extremely good enough
Equipment also well qualified and it make better resolutions

Dislikes

Some kind of food wastes management is not good enough
Some type of distressed patients was irritated
Kind of mentality of some students on there was shown rude behaviour

Internships Opportunities:

Actually this is a good medical college.. If we are ready for work they will prefer to stay with the medical college itself. We will get a good payment package for the best service provides by. They are not giving placement for other companies

My experience as a medical student from PMR medical college

Likes

The college is very big and very comfortable to stay in as a hosteller
As it’s located in the outskirts it’s very peaceful out there
The available equipment needed for the degree is first class.

Dislikes

The food in the hostel is not that good.
The hostel isn’t open gates so you need permissions to leave
The college doesn’t host many events or any fests

Internships Opportunities:

Internship is done in our college itself. You cannot go anywhere else to do it. You can go once you finish your degree in this college but you can't when you're still a part of this college. The stipend offered in my college is also pretty low compared to other colleges. It's lower than the government required minimum amount but apparently they don't care as it's a private college.

Likes

I liked the infrastructure which is very good for a government college as of now
The faculty which is of top class and has the best teaching equipment and strategy
The quality of the college management which is always upto the mark

Dislikes

The placement of the college which is far from the main city which is difficult to access without a bike
The food of the mess which is very awful to eat and not at all considerable for the amount paid
The accessibility for the opportunities is very less

Internships Opportunities:

The government itself gives us the internship programme of one year after we complete our study with a stipend of some amount The final year students after completion of the year are required to work in college associated hospital for one year as a intern

College environment and staff and facilities
Has hospital availability which helps us to learn more about the subject
Friendly staff and the availability of buses to the students and also include ground for the relaxation to enjoy with friends

Internships Opportunities:

The internship facilities will be given by the college we have a hospital availability which makes our internship better where we can gain better experience which helps us to perform better in the future The overall experience in the college makes us a better student , and great doctor helps to treat patients better we will gain great knowledge and this course has wide scope futher as every home need a physio now a days

Inside SVS Medical College: a true review

Likes

Things I liked in my college is freedom its not too strict students have the freedom to explore and learn, there is no place for partiality.
The staff in college is extraordinary crystal clear concepts will be delivered to students.
The environment of college is quite peaceful to learn and its neither too far or too near to the main city making it accesible to students.

Dislikes

The main problem I have encountered is food theres a routine schedule in mess which bores students and they end up ordering food from outside

Internships Opportunities:

There are no such interships provided in college but every student has to work for a year after 4th year. As its a private college they do not provide any stipend. The best thing about intership is it prepares us for real life situations, balancing work and personal life.

The best thing in our college is the management, cleanliness, there will be cleaning of hostel rooms and toilets, washrooms every day, there is enough open space in the college for evening walk, refreshment, ground for playing sports
College hostel includes 2 badminton nets, basketball court, volleyball court, a small ground enough to play cricket to pass time, indor sports like carroms, chess is also available
Library, mess food is descent, far from city which adds to peace, few clubs like HOPE. Which is an NGO started by this college students

Dislikes

There is no auditorium, gym, no cultural clubs, restricted outings, monkeys usually stay in college with students which is a bit disturbance
Very small ground, food can be improved to a greater extent, electrical appliance are not allowed
Wardens are a bit strict for girls, to transportation facilities to postings, no airconditioner in lecture galleria

Internships Opportunities:

The internship opportunities can be availed by everyone, there is a 25000 rupees of stipend is give inthe intership, there is a good quality of experience which can be gained in the Intership, the knowledge gained in the Intership is very useful in the pg preparation and this is a proper time to come across various cases with patients and different cases

Good learning environment is provided for academics and special care is taken by lectures for each and every one
College encourages students to participate in curriculum events like arranging expo and fairs for developing skill
Library provides a wide range of to explore starting from international authors to national authors

Dislikes

Play grounds are not enough only some places is alloted for playing
College doesnt have extra place all buildings are a bit near but college is big enough for everything but not big as an university

Internships Opportunities:

After 4 and half years of education they provide a full year internship with a monthly stipend of 23500 and these internships help a lot in daily life understanding clinical cases and make us to tackle real life cases and the work environment is good with suitable facilities and they also provide hostels for interns along with food (in work place).

Likes

Good academic structure and large classrooms
Easily affordable fee amd can apply for scholarships
Good student teacher interaction and good rapo with seniors

Dislikes

No playgrounds are available expect basketball court and volleyball court
All the buildings are near and feels a bit conjusted

Internships Opportunities:

After 4 years of study college provides internship for a year with a stipend of 23,500 for every month and it may increase as state increment increases.to join into internship you must pass all the subjects from 1 st hear with out any backlogs and the number of leaves provided are around 10 days for a year excluding holidays. this provides a real life experinece for our worklife

The college infrastructure is good and surroundings are neat
The faculty is also very helpful they are bit strict but friendly
The hospital of our college is very near and neat with lot of opportunities

Dislikes

The Watchmen do overactions than the management
The admission block people are the people think they are gods of college
The rules of outing is not as good as other government colleges like Gandhi

Internships Opportunities:

The internship is for one year and the internship duties are very hectic in medical fellowship because the duties are not only during day time they can be during night time too and the salary is not that expected its average 20-22k
