SGRRU Ph.D. program selection Process:
- The selection process comprises of an Entrance Test and interview.
- The candidates seeking admission will be admitted through a common entrance test for each discipline, followed by an interview.
- Both the entrance test and the interview shall be organized by the Academic Section in the Institute premises.
- However, UGC JRF/NET/ is exempted from the Entrance Test and 50% seats will be filled from the candidates who will clear the written test.
- The candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the qualifying degree examination, Entrance Test, and Interview.

The fee structure here is so affordable
As compared to graphic era , Uttaranchal there yearly fee is here whole course fee excluding all expenses.
And second reason was location it is location at kargi chowk at centre of the Dehradun so i didn't have to move out and can up down to college.

Chose this college as I heard it was semi-government but later I came to know that it was turned into a private college. Thought of continuing with it was that they have been providing agriculture degree for last 15 years so they must be experienced as the other other agriculture college in Dehradun were recently opened

This college is near my house and good campus and good faculty also famous for good placement I choose this college because this is near my house and not taking so much fees like other colleges. Admission process is simple by applying after 12 they choose students according their marks whose marks more this will be in their 1 priority and they also give scholarship.

The college is near my home it hardly takes 20 mint to travel, the faculty members are good and supportive. In dehradun SGRR is treated as a brand which always proves to be a big boon..
Admission process is rathr simple.. you should have atleast 55% aggregate in your bpharm.

I've not applied for any other colleges other than this, I've heard many things about this college, in terms of education and availablity of teachers. I've cleared an entrance exam for getting the admission and also an interview with 5 people on the panel .

I chose this college because it is the only college in area with good opportunity. The fees is relatively low as compared to other. It can be the reason of choosing this college for tight budget. It is close to home so better transportation . The admission is quite simple . No exams , only 12 pass and submit the admission fees.

i did not get any rejection from other colleges but i chose to do it from here only
the admission process was very confusing but college faculty helped me
eligibilty was 45% above in 12th class
cuet ug is accepted for our course
cutoffs for our college are not very high and it is easy to enter our college

I choose SGRRU Dehradun rather than other colleges because it is only private college in Uttarakhand which accredited by ICAR. I also choose some other colleges but fee is too high in other colleges with less facilities and this college fee is less and have more practices.

I also applied for DBS College Dehradun. But later I confirmed SGRR PG College Dehradun. As I found good reviews of this college more than DBS and this was nearly 3 Km away from my home.
No I was also selected for DBS College Dehradun but it was very far from my home.
The admission process was very easy during 2021 when I got admission in this college. The admission procedure go through the merit list based on the marks of 12th class. The minimum cut-off for all categories were slightly different. For UR and OBC it was approx 75% for SC/ ST it was approx 72-75%. Qualified candidates can easily get admission
But now the admission procedure go through and entrance exam which is conducted by NTA. Candidates who qualify the exam and clear the minimum cut-off can get admission.
