Initially, the college had a faculty-student ratio of 6 teaching staff per subject for 27 students. This number has decreased over time, and currently, in the final year, there are only 2 professors for the entire management course. Out of these, only 2 professors hold a PhD, while others are pursuing their PhD.
Despite the reduced number of faculty, the quality of teaching remains high, with most faculty members being well-qualified and effective. The faculty-student interaction is strong, with opportunities for direct communication both in-person and via phone. The faculty treats students attentively and fosters a supportive learning environment.
